'Pixie Fountain' is a dwarf tufted hair grass that grows in dense clumps that are 1.5 to 2 ft. tall and 1 to 1.5 ft. wide. It has silver-green foliage and bright silvery-white flowers that mature to a rich brown and are pretty in cut or dried flower arrangements.
